Adviser-facing web content

A major project for a leading insurance company
to rewrite all the content for their adviser-facing protection website. Working
with product owners, the protection marketing team, a UX designer, a digital designer,
content editor and the compliance team, I used new and existing copy to
completely refresh the content experience for advisers.

review

Working as part of a UX team I’ve
reviewed several D2C user journeys to create a better experience for clients.
These include login screens, understanding how to take a flexible pension income
and the copy for an interactive tool.

Campaign copy

This large financial services organisation required a series of copy items to launch a new retirement income product direct to customers. These included a series of lead-nurturing emails, a landing page and promotional copy for information boxes on their existing website.

SEO web content |
This well-known insurance company needed a series of online guides to support their SEO objectives. Working with the digital content team, I wrote over 40 articles on topics ranging from 'A guide to buying your first home' to 'Multi-car insurance'. |
